Overview

A vitamin is an organic compound required as a nutrient in tiny amounts by an organism. A compound is called a vitamin when it cannot be synthesized in sufficient quantities by an organism, and must be obtained from the diet. Thus, the term is conditional both on the circumstances and the particular organism. For example, ascorbic acid functions as vitamin C for some animals but not others, and vitamins D and K are required in the human diet only in certain circumstances.

Vitamins are classified by their biological and chemical activity, not their structure. Thus, each "vitamin" actually refers to a number of vitamer compounds, which form a set of distinct chemical compounds that show the biological activity of a particular vitamin. Such a set of chemicals are grouped under an alphabetized vitamin "generic descriptor" title, such as "vitamin A," which (for example) includes retinal, retinol, and many carotenoids. Vitamers are often inter-convertible in the body. The term vitamin does not include other essential nutrients such as dietary minerals, essential fatty acids, or essential amino acids, nor does it encompass the large number of other nutrients that promote health but are otherwise required less often.

The Greatest Vitamin in the World

Scientists created synthetic vitamins that cheap to make and will be identical in their atomic structure in comparison to the whole vitamins (Vitamins directly from vegetables). However, when polarized light was through these synthetic vitamins, the light acted much differently than if the entire vitamins. When light is polarized by the whole vitamins, the beam ends on the right side due to its molecular rotation. In this light through a synthetic vitamin, the beam is split into two halves. Half of the light will always bend right while the other half always left.

In fact, curves, research studies show that synthetic vitamins can be dangerous for your health! Synthetic stripped down processed vitamins are currently in almost every brand complement today. Given the synthetic form of vitamin C, for example, can actually thicken the arterial walls of the heart by as much as 2 /5 times leading to heart disease and can do damage to the body! Ascorbic acid (synthetic vitamin C) is the word that you need to Watch Out!

Taking the synthetic form of vitamin A is actually an increase in cancer, the more harm than good to your body! But the whole vitamin A (vegetables) is actually the exact opposite. Whole vitamin A significantly reduces the rate of cancer! Most vitamin nutrients on the market today use synthetic vitamins down as a whole vitamins straight from vegetables and fruits like our vitamin! Why? Synthetic vitamins are much cheaper to produce.

Taking the synthetic form of vitamin E is actually suck vitamins and minerals right from the bones, may do more harm than good for the body! Once again, most vitamin supplements are today with all synthetic vitamins, because they are cheap to manufacture.
